Privacy — Early access
This privacy information applies to the Sunbase early-access service.
Information you may provide
A submission may include your name, business email, business or organisation name, optional website and role, and the opportunity or business information you choose to provide.
Where supplied, it may also include opportunity preferences or relevance information, an Open or Discreet handling choice, your consent record, and basic referral, UTM or experiment acquisition metadata.
How Sunbase uses it
- Receive and review your submission.
- Assess possible commercial relevance.
- Contact you about potentially relevant opportunities.
- Operate and evaluate the early-access service.
Publication and handling
Nothing is published automatically. Where an Open or Discreet choice applies, Sunbase follows the permission boundary you selected.
Discreet handling does not authorize publication of your business identity. A safely de-identified description may be used to explore possible relevance; if safe de-identification is not possible, further permission is required before anything is surfaced.
Service infrastructure and language
Sunbase uses the service infrastructure required to operate and store the early-access service. Sunbase does not use IP geolocation or country inference for language selection.
